I have been helping people reach their fitness goals for 10 years. I love helping people set goals and accomplish what they thought could not be done, which is why I became a certified personal trainer 7 years ago. I took classes on Pre- and Post-natal exercise design and implemented what I learned on myself with both pregnancies, to show that with proper exercise and nutrition anyone could bounce back from two C-sections and still be physically fit. I have always strived to set and be the example for those around me and for my family.

In 2007, I joined the military, and the need to maintain my physical fitness became a necessity to progress my career and lead by example. Training people and setting the example for those around me is my “why” for the reason I stay physically active. Staying fit and training others is not work to me, because we have fun while working out and it has become something that I truly love doing.

The biggest reason people fail their weight loss or fitness goal, is because they expect immediate results or make excuses. Every excuse has a solution, and helping people overcome those excuses is one of my strengths. There is no magic pill that will make you skinny overnight, nor is there a sustainable weight loss supplement program out there that will help you keep the weight off after you have completed their “challenge”. Getting physically fit takes hard work and proper nutrition, especially when your goal is to lose weight. People need to find the “why” for their goals once they do their why will help motivate them to do one more rep, say no to the drive thru, and make the decision to come in and give their workout everything they’ve got. What I can promise is, if you train with us and commit yourself to achieving your goals, you will see results and form a healthy habit, that will improve your life, fitness, and nutrition.
